Being able to have super successful product launches that brought in hundreds of new customers and tens of thousands in revenue.
The Solution

We built out cold acquisition campaigns, testing each campaign style including CBO, ABO, ASC, and Catalogue.
We utilise all forms of campaigns within PrestigeLocker to take advantage of every placement and viewer. ASC has performed the best overall so we push a much larger proportion of spend down these campaign types - allowing greater machine learning and scale. We run exclusions towards the majority of our cold targeting to focus on bringing in new customers that align with our CAC targets.
PrestigeLocker has a very engaged retargeting audience, so we spend more here than average compared with our other ad accounts. In doing so, we’re staying in front of viewers who have engaged with socials, the website, customer lists, and video views over the past 180 days. We now use budget scheduling as part of our campaign setup. This allows us to take full advantage of peak times of the day, which for Prestige are in the evening between 6–10pm.
This has proved very successful and has allowed us to scale quickly in 2025.Meta ads have been the foundation of their success, growing PrestigeLocker from 6 to multiple 7 figures. During our partnership, we have scaled ad spend past 6 figures, achieving a 9x return on investment.
Google:
Google plays a crucial role in the strategy through capturing increase demand generated through other channels. Utlising Google’s standard shopping campaigns, we are able to list Prestige’s best selling products in the market palace alongside the main competitors.Due to our superior stock collection, we have seen great success off the back of increased google traffic, with users landing on product pages and converting. In addition to shopping campaigns, non-branded search campaigns have allowed for increased visibility and traffic through discovery key words, increasing website traffic and new customer acquisition. Google works along side Meta as a demand-capture tool, ensuring the conversion journey for Prestige Locker’s customers is as smooth as possible.
